When I first started my journey into fitness, I had no idea what I was truly getting into. I was thinking about my physical appearance, but I learned that this journey is much more fulfilling than I could have ever imagined.


I started feeling great from the inside, I started to feel free. I started putting me first and I felt great about it. The more I learned during my journey, the more I wanted to help others. 4SelfMotivation Fitness has this mentality “to do for self, to gain for self, and to go get it for self”.

WHAT IS YOUR BMI?

Your BMI is a measurement of your body weight based on your height and weight. Although your BMI does not actually “measure” your percentage of body fat, it is a useful tool to estimate a healthy body weight based on your height.

Your BMI “number” will inform you if you are underweight, of normal weight, overweight, or obese.

But, because of the large variations between body types, the distribution of muscle and bone mass, etc., you shouldn't use this as the only or final indication for diagnosis.
